PR Manager

Sabrina Panknin chose to start a commercial training after finishing her high school degree (Abitur) in order to gather practical experience in private enterprise and acquire profound knowledge for her further career. After successfully obtaining her professional degree she became a student of Cultural Studies, German Literature and History in Paderborn. Before and within the framework of her academic career she participated in projects and internships in the field of Cultural Management, Event Management and Public Relations. Moreover, after she graduated as Bachelor of Arts, she specialised in PR and communication.

Sabrina extended her wealth of experience in the field of “conventional” PR at a large German publishing group. However, she was already interested in topics within web 2.0, especially in PR 2.0 and the change of communication in times of social media. Eventually Sabrina joined ethority after Dr. Benedikt Köhler discovered her improvised job application on her twitter profile and approached her. She now supports ethority’s PR and Corporate Communications since July 2009.
