Director Client Services

Felix Fiek majored in business studies with a focus on e-business and organisation in Magdeburg and Sydney. He works for ethority since 2007 and is in charge of the digital marketing division since the beginning of 2009. In his position as Director of Clients and Services, Felix assists both existing and new clients finding the best way to communicate successfully within social media and is responsible for the intern coordination of current and future projects. By giving lectures and workshops, he is also committed to refine the awareness of companies for new communication opportunities.

Since 2005 Felix is actively concerned with social media. The key aspects of his activity are the spreading potential of news, network effects and marketing potential. Felix also participates in the professional group for social media within the BVDW (Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft / German Association of Digital Economy) in order to promote the development of standards and key figures.
